Usage Tips

  • The Locate Me action must be used in tandem with a Google Map widget. At this time, there is no other purpose for a Locate Me action than to set the Address property of a Google Map widget to the reviewer's current location.
  • Any trigger can be used to invoke the Locate Me action.
  • This iBloc requires a live Internet connection to work.
Basic Usage
  1. Drag a Locate Me action to the canvas of a page that contains at least one Google Map widget.
  2. In the Properties panel, click the chooser button in the Target Map field to pull up the Select Widget pop-up window.
  3. Select a Google Map widget and click OK.
  4. Connect the Locate Me action to the trigger of your choice. Typically this will be an On load trigger assigned to the page, or an On click trigger assigned to a Button widget or a Text widget.
